On Sunday, August 30, 2015, police responded to an address on Regalia Way, City of Barrie, regarding a theft. The home owner had accidentally left his garage door open throughout the night; as a result a set of TaylorMade golf clubs were stolen.
On Monday, September, 7, 2015, police stopped a vehicle as a result of a traffic violation. Further investigation led police to the identity of the male occupant, who had been responsible for the theft of golf clubs in August.
The thirty-one, year-old, Barrie male, was arrested for possession of property obtained by crime and breach of probation.
The male was held pending a bail hearing Tuesday morning.

Taffic stop at Mapleton/Ardagh resulted in a 17 year old male being placed under arrest for possession of a controlled substance as well as trafficking in a controlled substance. The male was released on scene and turned over to his parents

Police responded to The Mansion nightclub in regards to an unwanted patron. The 19 year old refused to identify himself to Police and pushed/punched Police in an attempt to flee. The male was placed under arrest for assault with the intent to resist arrest and transported to the Barrie Police Station. The male was released when sober anf given a court date.
