(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service Central District Investigators charged Phil OGBEMUDIA, 23 years old of Ottawa with:
Possession of weapon for dangerous purpose X2
Carrying concealed weapon contrary X1
Careless use of firearm X1
He was arrested outside a residence in the 200 block of Alfred Street at approximately 10:30am this morning.
Ottawa Police received a call for service at 6:11am from the barricaded man who surrendered to officers after 4½ hours. He did not sustain any injuries during the arrest.
He is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow.
