The “etch-a-sketch” skyline
represents Wingham’s downtown. The lack of detail in the buildings
represents the decaying and vacant downtown core. The H has been
stylized to resemble a tree. The uneven roots demonstrate local
instability (political and economic). The tree’s lack of support
clearly shows that even a small breeze from the right direction
could topple it.
