(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Friday April 20, 2012, Perth County OPP officers were called to a farm on Perth Line 86 east of Road 175 where an ATV was reported stolen.
It was determined that the ATV had been parked beside a chicken barn and was stolen sometime between 4:15 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. on April 20th. The suspect walked towards the ATV from a neighbouring field and pushed the machine around the side of the barn where it was started. The ATV was driven away from the barn towards a fence line and then travelled 150 meters south to Perth Line 86.
The ATV is a dark green Suzuki, Model LA400 with Ontario licence plate 77LF1 attached to the back, and a VIN # of 5SAAK46K437104150.
Anyone who has any information about the theft of these ATV’s is requested to contact the Perth County OPP at 1-888-310-1122. Should you wish to remain anonymous, you may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), and you may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $2,000.
