(HURON EAST, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers are investigating the theft of a Polaris All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) that was stolen sometime overnight on March 27, 2016 from a Browntown Road property.
Police believe the theft occurred sometime between midnight and 7:00 a.m.. The machine was parked in a detached shed on the property. Those responsible entered onto the property and made their way into the unlocked shed. Once inside they located the ATV and drove it away from the property heading eastbound on Browntown Road.
The stolen ATV is described as a green 1996 Polaris, model 130. There are racks on the front and rear of the machine. The machine is valued around $4,000.
