(HURON TWP, ON) – On March 16th, 2012 at 10:21 am, the South Bruce OPP received a call about ATV’s riding along the beach near Tout’s Grove Hill in Huron Township. Officers intercepted and stopped the ATV’s at Point Clark. Warnings were issued for violating the Township of Huron-Kinloss bylaw “No ATV’s on beachâ€Â. One rider was found to be uninsured. 27 year old Norman NEWMAN of Huron Township was charged with Drive without insurance and Use unauthorized plates.
