(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Sunday morning April 07, 2013, a Perth County OPP officer on patrol observed a male operator driving his ATV south bound on Road 183. The ATV operator observed the officer and drove onto the property of a feed mill located at the intersection Hwy 8 and Road 183 and attempted to hide himself and his ATV behind outbuildings. The officer located the male operator behind a bin on the property.
The 53 year old male a resident from Huron East was charged with driving while under suspension, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and with driving a motor vehicle, no plates. The male was issued a summons to attend court in Stratford on May 28, 2013 to answer to these charges.
