ATV Operator Served Liquor Violation

(HURON TWP, ON) – On July 20, 2014 at 2:30 pm, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Lake Range Drive in Huron Township stopped a White Yamaha YM5 All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV). The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. The driver, a 17 year old teen from Kitchener, was charged with Novice driver – blood alcohol above zero.

The South Bruce OPP is requesting anyone with information that can assist police to call 1-888-310-1122.
