(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – The driver of a Honda All Terrain Vehicle has been charged with driving an unplated and uninsured ATV. A Huron County OPP officer on patrol stopped the ATV on Burns Line near Winthrop Road on February 1, 2012 just before 11:00 a.m.
Melissa VANDENASSEM, aged 18, from Morris-Turnberry, ON has been charged under the Off-Road Vehicles Act with Drive Off-Road Vehicle – No Insurance and Drive Off-Road Vehicle – No plate. LP12027634
