(SOUTH BRUCE COUNTY, ON) – On January 5th, 2011 at 2:14 pm, the South Bruce OPP was called to a residence in the Municipality of Kincardine for an attempted theft complaint.
The caller operates a trucking business, the freight deliveries are arranged online by freight brokers which are assigned to freight carriers. The caller discovered that someone is bidding on loads, valued at more than $80,000, using his company name.
The South Bruce OPP is recommending that legitimate business owners run periodic internet searches to safe guard their company name.
