(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit is investigating a bank robbery and is seeking the public’s assistance to identify the suspect.
On March 11, 2015, at approximately 7:15 pm, a lone male entered a bank situated along the 2400 block of Bank Street near Hunt Club Road. The male, partially disguised, produced a note making a demand for cash. The suspect fled the premises with an undisclosed quantity of cash. It is believed the suspect fled on foot toward the area of Bridle Path Drive. There were no injuries.
The suspect is described as being a Caucasian male, approximately 5’8(173 cm)
