(KINCARDINE, ON.) – On August 10, 2009 at 1:10 am, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to an assault incident at the Allenford ESSO, 7848 Highway 21, Arran Township. A 41 year old male from Markham was treated at hospital for non life threatening injuries and released the same day.
51 year old Rathiganthan Thuraiswamy of Scarborough is facing charges of Assault with a Weapon and Breach of Probation in relation to this incident.
