On Sunday December 29, 2013 at approximately 2:40 a.m., officers with the London Police Service were on patrol on Richmond Street in the city of London when they were flagged down by citizens reporting an intoxicated male.
During his arrest, the male resisted and subsequently assaulted one officer. The officer was not injured.
Now charged with being intoxicated in a public place, resist arrest and assault police is 31-year-old Stephen Sherman of London.
