(Ottawa) –The Ottawa Police Service Central District Investigations Unit is investigating an assault that took place on August 7th, 2016, at approximately 2:00am.
Officers responded to a call for service regarding several people engaged in a fight located outside in the 100 block of York Street. One male suffered serious injuries from the assault.
Investigators are looking to speak with any witness of this incident or anyone who would have captured this incident on video.
