(WELLINGTON NORTH TWP, ON) – On Sunday July 21, 2013 at approximately 12:00am, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers received a report of an assault that took place in the Town of Mount Forest during the annual fireworks display. The investigation revealed that a male struck another male causing a minor injury.
Damon Morand age 21 of Brampton is charged with assault contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on the 23rd of August to answer to the charge.
