Assault Arrest

Shortly after 9:30am on Monday morning members of the Barrie Police Service received information to attend a Bernick Drive residence regarding a domestic dispute. Upon arrival the officers discovered a male and female engaged in an argument. Further investigation revealed that the male had suffered a laceration over his right eye after being punched by the female. The 20 year old female was arrested and charged with assault. She was held for bail.
