Assault

On Wednesday morning at approximately 12:35am, the police were called to attend a reported domestic incident on Dunlop St. E. Upon arrival the officers learned that a 20 year old female had been assaulted by her 23 year old boyfriend at the residence. An argument had carried over from the day before and escalated into a physical confrontation. The women was treated at RVH for minor injuries. The male was taken to the police station where he was charged with assault and held for bail.
