On Friday, 4th of April, 2014 at approximately 11pm, an altercation occurred between two adult males in the area of Laurel Street in the city of Waterloo. As result of the altercation, a male victim received non-life threatening stab wounds and was treated at a local hospital. The two males are known to each other and police believe it was not a random attack. The suspect is described as a white male, 6’2 feet tall, 180 lbs, between 20 to 30 years of age, short brown hair, last seen wearing black jacket with a hood and blue jeans.
