A 44 year old Kitchener woman was arrested and charged with two counts of Fraud under $5000.00 on April 17, 2014. The fraud occurred in 2012 through 2013 when the woman aquired money from the Veterans of Foreign War as well as personal friends under the false pretences that she had been diagnosed with Cancer and required surgery. Belva Jo Williams has been charged with two counts of Fraud Under $5000 and will appear in court on May 30th, 2014.
