On Wednesday June 18th 2014 at approximately 5:40 p.m. a 22 year old Kitchener male was assaulted by three unknown suspects in the area of Joseph and Queen Streets in the city of Kitchener. During the altercation the victim was struck in the side of the face resulting in an injury. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment of non life threatening injuries. Police do not believe this to be a random attack. Waterloo Regional Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals involved in this occurrence.
