PROHIBITED DRIVER HAS VEHICLE IMPOUNDED FOR 45 DAYS
(Bluewater, ON) On May 30 2009 at approximately 11:00 pm, a Huron OPP officer stopped a vehicle on Airport Line to check the sobriety of the driver. The male driver was unable to produce a licence for the officer. A check of the male confirmed that he was a prohibited driver.
The driver was arrested for Drive Disqualified. Ashley Schuchardt (27) of Colborne Township will appear in Exeter Court on August 27, 2009 to answer to his charge. As a result of driving while prohibited, the vehicle Schuchardt was operating was impounded for a period of 45 days. LP09130905
