Arrests made after theft from a Guelph business

On November 12, 2014 at 2:11 p.m., the Guelph Police and O.P.P. conducted a traffic stop on the Hanlon Expressway after receiving information that the occupants were in possession of a drill tower stolen from a Lewis Road business earlier in the day. Investigation led to the two male occupants being arrested. The property was returned to the business.

Steven Burkholder, 44 years of Hamilton and Michael Burkholder, 32 years of Stoney Creek have both been charged with theft over $5,000. They will appear in court on December 23, 2014.
