(TOWNSHIP OF GUELPH-ERAMOSA, ON) – On March 13, 2018 at approximately 4:00 a.m. Wellington County OPP responded to a report of a possible break and enter to the Brucedale XTR Gas Station on County Road 124, Township of Guelph-Eramosa.
Officers responded and discovered the front entrance of the gas station had been smashed in with what appeared to have been a vehicle. Two suspects gained entry, stole lottery tickets then fled the scene.
Wellington County OPP was later notified by Brant County OPP that they had the suspect vehicle stopped in their area and two suspects in custody.
23-year-old Austin Richard ANDERSON-HILL of Brantford has since been charged with Break and Enter and Possession of Stolen Property over $5000. A 17-year-old female youth from Brantford has also been charged with Break and Enter and Possession of Stolen Property over $5000. They were both held for bail. All property was recovered and returned.
