Arrest

On Tuesday evening an 18 year old Orillia male was arrested after attending a Mulcaster St. restaurant and neglecting to pay for his food and drinks. During the investigation it came to light that the accused did not have any money or another means of settling his account, in addition to being on probation for a similar offence in Orillia. The accused was charged with fraud accommodation and fail to comply probation. He was later released on an undertaking with conditions.
