Arrest

On the 23rd of December police were called to a south end residence regarding a family dispute. The male accused and the female victim were involved in an argument at which time the female decided to leave the residence with the 10 and 7 year old children. The male accused became enraged with this decision and broke the leg off of the family coffee table. The female victim after loading the children in the car began backing out of the driveway at which time the male accused approached the car with the table leg in hand and smashed the car window in an attempt tp prevent the victim from leaving. The female and children fled the area and contacted police. Police arrived and subsequently arrested the male for domestic mischief.
