Two residents of a home on Addison Trail were in bed Sunday morning when they were woken up by a bang on their front door. At that time a male entered their home and walked around the first floor. The male resident observed the male and instructed his wife to call the police. The intruder then walked to the second floor, where he was confronted by the homeowner. The intruder was pinned to the ground by the homeowner and held for the police. Officers arrived and discovered that the intruder after a night of drinking had believed he was at a friends home. The 21 year old Tottenham resident was arrested and charged with unlawfully in a dwelling and mischief. He was later released by way of a promise to appear.
