On March 7th, at approximately 3 am, Barrie Police were called to a downtown Shelter for a report of a female assaulting a shelter worker.
The female fled the scene and Police prepared a warrant for her arrest.
On March 7th at approximately 6 pm, Barrie Police located the wanted female attempting to return to the same shelter.
Police arrested the 43 year old female who was later released to an April Court date. She also was released with conditions not to return to the shelter or contact the victim.
