On April 3rd, 2014, just after 8pm, Waterloo Regional Police executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a residence on Pretoria Rd Road in Cambridge. As a result of the search warrant, a 47 year old Cambridge male and a 53 year old Kitchener male were arrested and charged with numerous drug related offences. Police seized quantities of marihuana, cocaine and pills with a combined street value in excess of $25,000. Police also seized over $2000 in Canadian currency. The arrested parties were held in police custody pending show cause hearings.
