The London Police Service investigated a robbery that took place at the Mac’s Milk convenience store located at 75 Admiral Drive on Friday, November 25, 2016.
At approximately 2:25 a.m., four male suspects entered the store, each disguised with a mask on their face. A weapon was used, and the store clerk was assaulted. The suspects stole an undisclosed amount of Canadian currency and merchandise from the store. No one sustained any injuries as a result of this incident.
As a result of this investigation, Nathaniel Mater (18), Charles Beasley (27), Aubrey Joudrey (26) and Bradley Joudrey (28),all of London, have been charged jointly with the following Criminal Code of Canada offences:
– Two counts of robbery with an offensive weapon, contrary to section 343(d);
– Disguise with intent, contrary to section 351(2);
– Forcible confinement, contrary to section 279(2);
– Using an imitation firearm in the commission of an offence, contrary to section 85(2); and
– Pointing a firearm, contrary to section 87(1).
Nathaniel Mater is further charged with the following Controlled Drugs and Substances Act charges:
– Possession of a schedule II substance, contrary to section 4(1); and
– Possession of a Scheduled I substance, contrary to section 4(1).
