On February 24, 2016 at 9:40 p.m., a robbery occurred at Kims Variety on Highland Road West in the city of Kitchener. The male suspect was wearing a face mask and carrying a knife when he entered the store. The male fled the area on foot after stealing several scratch lottery tickets. He is described as: 15-16 years old, thin build, wearing a white hoodie underneath a dark blue hoodie. He was wearing a reddish winter jacket with a fur trimmed hood, a blue back pack, and bright red sneakers with white laces. The clerk was not injured as a result of this robbery.
