(MORRIS-TURNBERRY, ON) On November 30, 2011 shortly after 10:00 a.m. an OPP officer on traffic patrol on Brussels Line, Morris-Turnberry stopped a speeding Dodge Caravan. Subsequent investigation revealed the driver had a suspended driver’s licence.
As a result, Anthony KIMEWON aged 50 from Southampton, ON was charged with Speeding contrary to section 128 of the Highway Traffic Act and Driving While Under Suspension contrary to section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act. KIMEWON will have to attend Provincial Offences Act Court – Goderich on January 3, 2012 to answer to the charges.
