Another Victim Steps Forward – Richard Kunder Faces More Charges

(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) As a result of a Perth County OPP continued investigation into sexual assault allegations involving offences that took place in the 1960’s and 1970’s. One more victim has come forward which has resulted in two additional Indecent Assault charges being laid on Mr. Richard KUNDER (64) of Kitchener. The accused is now charged with five counts of Indecent Assault and one count of Buggery contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused appeared in Stratford Court on August 21, 2012 where he was released on a surety. He will be back in Stratford Court on September 17, 2012 to answer to his charges.
