On December 2, 2014 at 8:33 p.m., the Guelph Police went to the area of Gordon Street and Harvard Road for the report of a pedestrian struck. The investigation alleges that the pedestrian was struck by the mirror of a vehicle as it turned. The pedestrian received minor injuries but did not require medical treatment. The driver has been charged with turn not in safety under the Highway Traffic Act.
