On Tuesday December 23rd, 2013 at approximately 11:45pm, a 32 year male was assaulted during a robbery attempt on the Iron Horse Trail in the City of Kitchener. The victim was walking from Belmont Avenue West to Patricia Avenue on the Iron Horse Trail when he was approached by three males. The three males demanded various items and when the victim refused to comply, he was stabbed in the stomach. The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries. The suspects are described as three white males, approximately 30 years of age, 5’2â€-5’5â€, wearing all dark clothing. Police are requesting the public’s assistance with any information that may assist in identifying these males.
