On the 27th of June 2015 shortly after 2 am, members of the Central Division CORE Team with the assistance of the Emergency Response Unit executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a residence on Weber St. W. in Kitchener. A 55 year old Kitchener male has been arrested and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine. The investigation was initiated following complaints from the public about suspicious activity. Police to continue to encouraged the community to help prevent crime or the continuation of crime by contacting police at 519 653 7700 with their concerns or leave information anonymously with Crime Stoppers 1 800 222 8477.
