The Barrie Police Street Crime Unit arrested a 27-year-old Barrie male on Wednesday night. The male had been wanted for his involvement in various drug trafficking incidents.
Investigators spotted the male driving his vehicle in the area of Essa Road and Highway 400. He was arrested and charged with; possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and trafficking.
The male will appear in bail court Thursday morning.
