(BRANT TWP, ON) On May 13, 2013 at 5:20 pm, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Bruce County Road 4 in Brant Township stopped a Green Ford Aerostar. The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 43 year old Ann Marie MATE of Brockton has been charged with Refuse to provide breath sample. She is scheduled to appear in court on July 8, 2013 to answer to the charge.
