On December 3, 2013 at 9:49 a.m., the Guelph Police observed a drug transaction take place on Wyndham Street. Police arrested a male and female and a quantity of prescription medication was seized. The male was released at the scene unconditionally.
Andrea BLACK, 25 years of Guelph has been charged with possession for the purpose and trafficking. She will appear in court on January 21, 2013.
