(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – Huron OPP officers tracked down and arrested a male wanted in connection of using a stolen credit card. On October 11, 2011 a credit card was stolen from an unlocked pickup truck that was parked at the Clinton hospital. Over the next 24 hour period the stolen credit card was used to make several purchases in Clinton. Investigators were able to successfully identify the suspect and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Officers arrested the male in Clinton on March 23, 2012.
Andre LALONDE, 26, from London, ON has been charged with six counts of Using a Stolen Credit Card and Failing to Comply with an Undertaking. His next court date is scheduled for April 23, 2012 Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich.
