(KINCARDINE, ON.) – On August 10, 2009 at 1:10 am, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to the Allenford ESSO at 7848 Hwy 21, Arran Township for a report of an assault.
A 47 year old male from Markham, Ontario was taken by ambulance to the Grey Bruce Regional Health Centre in Owen Sound with non life threatening injuries.
A 51 year old male from Scarborough, Ontario is currently in custody pending the results of a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice in Walkerton, Ontario on August 10, 2009.
The investigation is continuing with the assistance of the Grey County OPP Crime Unit and the OPP Emergency Response Team.
