(ADELAIDE METCALFE, ON) – On April 23, 2018, at approximately 6:10 p.m., an off-duty member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) recognized a disqualified driver travelling on Highway 402. The off-duty officer reported the incident and marked units were dispatched to intercept the vehicle.
As a result of the police investigation, Allan RATH, of London, Ontario has been charged with driving while disqualified and failing to comply with recognizance, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CC).
The accused was held in custody and scheduled to appear in a London court room on April 24, 2018 to answer to the charges.
