On Friday August 2, 2013 London Police received a complaint that a male had been secretly recording children while they visited washroom cubicles. The London Police Cyber Crime Unit conducted a search warrant on a Berkshire Drive residence on August 12, 2013. As a result of evidence obtained, 34-year-old Allan Gordon was charged with the following Criminal Code offences;
Two counts of secretly record person expecting privacy , contrary to section 162 (1)(a)
Two counts of possession of child pornography, contrary to section 163.1(4)
Two counts of make child pornography, contrary to section 163.1(2)
