(NORTH PERTH, ON) – Shortly after 12:30 a.m. on March 19, 2018, members of the North Perth Fire Department and Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a garbage dumpster which had set on fire at an address on Main Street in the Municipality of North Perth.
The fire was extinguished and no other structures were damaged as a result. A male suspect was identified by Perth County OPP.
Forty-year-old Allan GORDON of the Municipality of North Perth was arrested and charged on March 19, 2018 with the following offences:
Theft Under $5000.00; and
Arson-damage to property.
He was later released on a Recognizance of Bail.
