On November 9, 2014 at 2:00 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a motor vehicle on Wellington Street West. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Alin Greavu, 28 years of Guelph has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on November 25, 2014.
