Location:  Council Chambers, 274 Josephine St., Wingham

Re: Asset Management Plan

Council and town staff are now on the defensive regarding
the deplorable management they have perpetrated upon our town. 
This is one of the rare times that council and staff will move
quickly, as it is to defend their paycheques.  This last minute
meeting wasn’t on the North Huron’s calendar.  Council and
staff will be paid to attend this extra meeting.  Council and
staff are expected to try sooth the growing anger with
over-staffing, massive annual infrastructure deficit, and the
closing of the polling stations, etc.   Once again,
councillors will be benefiting from their failure by getting paid
for another meeting.

The public is strongly encouraged to attend.  Council’s last
minute notification of this meeting shows they do not want many
people showing up.  Please share this with as many people as
you can, and try to attend the special public meeting and bring a
friend and family member.  Even the strongest WFP skeptic must
now realize the dire situation our municipality is in.   Unless
austerity measures are taken as swiftly as they called this meeting
to defend their paycheques, the viability of North Huron is on
precarious ground.
