Albert Mullen – Careless Driving – Enters Intersection Filled With Children

(KINCARDINE, ON.) – 57 year old Albert Mullen of Carrick Township is facing a charge of Careless Driving following a motor vehicle collision with a pedestrian at Durham Street and Yonge Street in Walkerton on November 5, 2009. Barb Marshall of Walkerton was crossing the road with her 5 children when Mullen entered the intersection. One child was treated at the South Bruce Grey Health Center in Walkerton for minor injuries.
