Barrie Police were kept busy Monday night into Tuesday morning responding to 11 business and residential alarms. Officers attended and determined the calls were false presumably set off as a result of the wind. Wind Chill and Blizzard warnings are still posted for the Barrie area and police remind the public if they do not have to travel to stay home.
