(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service West District Investigators are currently investigating a stabbing and assault that occurred at approximately 4:45p.m. on June 14th 2015. Paramedics and West Division Patrol officers were called to the Watts Creek Pathway in the area of Holly Acres and Aero Drive following a 911 call received from a member of the public after discovering an adult male suffering from several stab wounds to the torso and arms. He had also sustained injuries to the head.
The victim was transported to the Ottawa Hospital. His condition is stable.
