(SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – Police have laid additional charges to a previous Drug Warrant that was executed at a property on George Street, Town of South Bruce Peninsula.
Christopher BYERS, 46-years-old and Tammy BYERS, 46-years-old, of South Bruce Peninsula are each charged with possession of diazepam for the purposes of trafficking, possession of codeine and possession of morphine. They are scheduled to appear in court on 26 November, 2015 to answer to the charges.
Further investigation has led to a fourth person being charged. Brian TURNER, 54-years-old, from Brampton, has been charged with possession of oxycodone for the purposes of trafficking. He is scheduled to appear in court on 3 December, 2015 to answer to the charge.
