(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service East District Investigation is advising that additional charges have been laid in relation to the “Scotty Toppers†case.
Nicholas DECARLO, 29 years old of Ottawa, is charged with:
Harassment by repeated Communication with a person X 4
Mischief to Data X 1
